Unfortunately, organized sports generates paper. All the forms the Club needs you to fill out are available here in Adobe PDF or online. Scholarship Application form

If you wish to apply for a scholarship to cover all or part of the registration fee, you should register online, then print and complete this form and sent it us (our mailing address is here) prior to the start of the season.
